The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flutterwave, Olugbenga Agboola, has led a senior management team on a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS), Dr. Zacch Adedeji, at the agency’s corporate headquarters.

The meeting highlighted the growing collaboration between Nigeria’s fintech sector and public revenue institutions, particularly in the areas of digital infrastructure, tax compliance, and revenue collection efficiency.

According to Agboola, the engagement reflects a broader shift toward integrating secure and scalable payment systems into Nigeria’s tax administration framework. He noted that strengthening digital revenue systems is key to improving transparency, building public trust, and increasing economic efficiency.

He emphasized that as financial ecosystems continue to evolve, robust payment infrastructure has become essential to the modernization of tax processes and national revenue systems.

The Flutterwave delegation included Chief Compliance Officer Mo Bammeke and Public Sector Business Head Olufunmilayo Olaniyi, who both play key roles in the company’s engagement with government institutions and regulatory stakeholders.
