Governor Ifeanyi Okowa reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to ensuring that peace is sustained in communities across Delta State.
Governor Okowa gave the affirmation while receiving the report of the Judicial Panel of Enquiry into the disputed Okpe-Urhobo Forest Reserve from the Chairman of the Panel, Justice Tessy Diai, at the Government House, Asaba.
“We want to appeal to all the warring communities to allow peace to reign and give us room to study this report. I assure all Deltans that we will do our best to ensure that all our communities live in peace,” Governor Okowa said.
