Abuja, Nigeria — A delegation from global energy services company Schlumberger has paid a courtesy visit to the office of the Special Adviser to the President on Energy, Olu Arowolo Verheijen, to discuss developments in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
The visiting team was led by Mr. ND Madeemezia, President for Europe and Africa, and Mr. Jean Marc Kloss, Managing Director for West Africa.
According to Verheijen, discussions focused on the ongoing oil and gas reforms in Nigeria, the emerging investment opportunities across the sector, and the increasing confidence of international industry players in the country’s energy landscape.
The talks also featured exchanges on operational insights from the field, with both parties assessing recent progress and exploring ways to further strengthen the sector’s contribution to national development.
