After more than seven years in a transformative role at CrossBoundary Advisory, Nneka Chime has stepped back from her operational duties and will continue to contribute as a Senior Advisor. During her tenure, Chime played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation, expressing gratitude to colleagues Matt Tilleard, Thomas Flahive, and Jake Cusack, as well as the talented teams she led.
Reflecting on her experience, Chime emphasized the importance of capacity in driving investment: “Capital flows follow capacity. Without a deep pool of sizeable, productive companies to channel investment into solutions, our markets will remain shallow, and our greatest needs and opportunities unmet. But when those companies thrive, they create a virtuous cycle, attracting more investment, building resilient markets, and unlocking transformative impact at scale.”
Chime will now bring her expertise to UAC of Nigeria Plc., Nigeria’s oldest company, as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer. She joins at a critical inflection point, supporting a management team with ambitious plans to strengthen the company’s legacy and drive transformative growth across Nigerian markets.
