In a display of tradition, culture, and unity, Vice President Kashim Shettima joined other prominent Nigerians to celebrate the wedding of Dr. Aishatu Kwankwaso, daughter of former Kano State Governor, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, and Fahad, the son of Katsina-based business tycoon, Alhaji Dahiru Mangal. The grand occasion was held on Saturday at the historic Emir of Kano’s Palace, a fitting venue for such an illustrious event.
The wedding ceremony, officiated by the Chief Imam of Kano, Prof. Sani Zahraddeen, was more than just a union of two families.
