Guinness Nigeria Plc was delighted to welcome the leadership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) on a courtesy visit as part of the Institute’s 60th anniversary celebrations.
The courtesy visit provided an opportunity to reaffirm the longstanding relationship between both organisations while exploring opportunities for deeper collaboration in promoting corporate governance, leadership development, executive education, and capacity building for governance professionals.
Our Managing Director/CEO, Girish Sharma, alongside members of the Guinness Nigeria leadership team, hosted the delegation led by ICSAN President and Chairman of the Governing Council, Mrs. Uto Ukpanah.
Discussions centred on Guinness Nigeria’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, while highlighting ICSAN’s pivotal role in advancing governance excellence and developing professionals equipped to lead with integrity and accountability.
