MyCard Tech Solution Appoints Aderemi Fagbemi to Board

MyCard Tech Solution Limited has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of respected corporate governance expert and financial strategist, Aderemi A. Fagbemi, to its Board of Directors.

The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to promoting diversity, strengthening corporate governance, and leveraging top-tier expertise to support its growth within Nigeria’s technology sector.

Fagbemi brings a wealth of experience in board leadership, financial oversight, and strategic advisory services. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (MCIoD). She has also completed executive education programmes at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Digital Space Capital and a Board Advisor to Oikus Proptech, Fagbemi has built a reputation for championing sound corporate governance, institutional accountability, and sustainable business growth.
