USPF Commemorates International Day of Persons with Disabilities by Promoting Digital Inclusion

On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF), an agency under the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC), hosted an inspiring event aimed at promoting inclusion and accessibility for persons with disabilities.
