Microsoft has confirmed that it will end all official support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, signaling the closure of one of the most successful eras in modern computing. After that date, the software giant will cease providing free security updates, bug fixes, and technical assistance for all editions of the operating system — Home, Pro, Enterprise, and Education.
