The NNPC Foundation has organized a nationwide Financial Literacy Training and Sensitization Programme for Batch B, Stream 2 members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), as part of its ongoing efforts to promote financial inclusion and empower young Nigerians economically.
The programme, held across NYSC orientation camps nationwide, featured interactive sessions and practical exercises designed to help corps members understand key financial concepts, manage personal finances effectively, and explore opportunities in entrepreneurship and investment.
Speaking on the initiative, representatives of the NNPC Foundation noted that the training is part of the organization’s broader commitment to equipping Nigerian youths with the financial knowledge and practical skills necessary to make informed economic decisions and secure sustainable livelihoods.

By fostering early awareness of financial management and enterprise development, the Foundation aims to prepare corps members for life beyond service, encouraging them to become financially responsible, innovative, and self-reliant contributors to the nation’s economy.
Through programmes like this, the NNPC Foundation continues to reaffirm its dedication to youth empowerment, social impact, and inclusive growth across Nigeria.
