The Director General/CEO of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Engr. Abisoye Coker-Odusote, recently welcomed distinguished guests to the commission’s headquarters, underscoring the critical role of collaboration in ensuring the safety and security of Nigerians.
In a significant meeting, the Commissioner of Police in charge of Information Communication Technology (ICT), CP. Abel Miri, from the Police Force Headquarters, Abuja, engaged in discussions with the Director General on the importance of the National Identification Number (NIN) in bolstering national security. The meeting highlighted the vital role of NIN in enhancing the safety and security measures across the country.
Furthermore, the Director General/CEO, Engr. Abisoye Coker-Odusote, hosted Mr. Shoyinka Shodunke, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of MTN, alongside other senior executives from the telecommunications giant. The purpose of the meeting was to reinforce the existing corporate relationship between NIMC and MTN, emphasizing mutual cooperation and collaboration in driving innovative solutions and enhancing service delivery.
