MRO Energy Limited has officially received the License to Establish (LTE) from the Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA). The approval marks a major step forward for the company in its efforts to build a 10,000 Barrels Per Stream Day (BPSD) modular refinery in Imode, Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State.
