The Secrets of Financial Freedom – Fred Obetoh

As we toil daily in this modern  world, the most crucial thing for anybody is financial freedom. This is a stage that you do not get to start bothering on how to get your needs sorted with ease. At this stage it is financial freedom.

According to Vanguard it puts financial freedom as “Financial freedom is the ability to fund your life from passive income. It is your ability to move from a life that is funded solely by active income to a life that is funded by passive income. … This means that your income must come regardless of where you are, how you work, and whether you choose to work.”

In Exodus 34 versus 20, the bible brought to the bare the kingdom principles here. Here the Bible said that non shall appear before the king empty. You must appear before God and show some level of appreciation. This is one of the key kingdom principles.

In Proverbs 18 vs 16, here the Bible said the issue of gift and talents of individual. This gift will be the machine that will transport one to financial freedom. The case of Joseph was clear here. His talent made a way for him and when he was to appear before Pharoah, he brought to bare his talent and that was what made him succeed in a starve land.

Giving is one big secret to financial freedom. It is clear that the Bible said that it is blessed to give Than To take. This is one rule of Financial freedom and every Christian must know that it is important to give and assist without hoping to receive. The need to give back to church, needy and society. People are likely to remember you for not how much you have but how you give ams touch the lives of people. The ability to give is one thing that Bible commanded us to share.

Many Christians do not accept or conceive to the fact that giving is good. They even think that you are enriching the pastor but that is inconsequential. The crux of the matter is that you must give back to the society, identify the needy and then help them, if your church is in need always make yourself and resources  available to the church.

As Christians we must obey the kingship of Jesus Christ on our lives. The power of kings is displayed in their lives and we must demonstrate  the power of King Jesus. This is important. We must always treat people good. If we have househelp or servants in the house or any place we must not segregate and we must see people from what they are not their social status or standing.

Godliness with contentment is a great gain. Ability to be contented is one sure key that will reduce your pressure and make things easier for you as a Christian. Do your best and be contented with the one you have and keep faith in God. When you derail and leave the path to contentment then you will put yourself in harm’s way. Contentment is one critical thing we must know and abide with it. This is a luxury in today’s world where the society and media keeps pushing things via social media and advert so a lot of people throw contentment out of the window and this is one of the critical reason for depression and high suicide rate. We must know that all we have is given to us by God and not our smartness… So we must be Thankful, give back and be Contented.

Giving in the kingdom is one of the greatest act that we can do that we owe nothing. If we can have the spiritual eyes and see the importance of giving then we will always give. Jesus was clear about  this concept and we must know that everything belongs to God. When God ask us to give him, it is basically a test to our faith.  God doesn’t need our money but he puts our faith to test.

The importance of giving is so critical that Abraham was instructed to give his only son, and which he complied to and he was blessed beyond measure. When Abraham brought the boy to God, he was tested and his faith was shown that to give is one of the greatest thing we can do. We should pray God to open our eyes and not be a blind Christian. We be in church for ages and we tie ourselves to religion instead of being in the word of God. A lot of Christians must follow the teaching of God and de-emphasize on denomination. We shouldn’t cage ourselves to some things especially in religion but we must follow Christ teaching

It is like the average Nigerian graduate that is going to the University to get good grades and get good jobs without being taught how to graduate and create job. That is thinking out of the box. It is also determine what we do without time that is one of the critical thing that will determine our leverage in life. The need to start thinking out of the box matters. We must value your time and know that time is factor of production.

Tayo Folorunsho, a leading Nigerian entertainment expert and Founder of Edutainment First International Ltd/GTE, has raised concerns about the challenges of running an entertainment business in Abuja. Despite the difficulties, he remains committed to overcoming these obstacles, urging for significant investments and coordinated reforms to unlock the full potential of Abuja’s entertainment industry.

Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city, is renowned for its political significance, booming real estate sector, and vibrant economy. However, Folorunsho, who has successfully run entertainment ventures in Lagos, notes that Abuja’s entertainment market is still in its infancy. Unlike Lagos, where the entertainment scene operates year-round, Abuja’s calendar is more limited, with events mostly concentrated around festive periods. This seasonal nature, coupled with inconsistent support from agencies and organizations, poses a challenge for entertainers and event managers seeking to build long-term businesses in the city.
