He remarked, “This event was about collectively accelerating Black access, ambition, and advancement in tech.”
Reflecting on the event’s mission, Akanno underscored the importance of community and support, stating, “In that moment, I was reminded of why we do this—to lift each other, to open doors, and to pave the way for the next generation.
