NNPC Ltd currently holds a 7.25 per cent equity stake in the Dangote Refinery, a move widely regarded as a strategic investment aimed at boosting domestic refining capacity and supporting the company’s downstream growth agenda.
Both parties reiterated their shared vision of advancing Nigeria’s energy security and sustainability through stronger industry partnerships and increased local production capacity.
