In a landmark move to enhance staff welfare and boost frontline service delivery, NNPC Retail Limited, in partnership with the NNPC Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), has launched the Attendants’ Health Insurance Scheme, providing over 7,000 Service Attendants across Nigeria with access to quality healthcare services.
The scheme was officially unveiled at the NNPC Mega Station in Abuja, underscoring NNPC Limited’s unwavering commitment to the health, productivity, and overall well-being of its workforce.
Speaking at the launch, officials noted that the initiative reflects the company’s belief that a healthy and motivated workforce is essential for excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Managed under the NNPC HMO platform, the scheme connects beneficiaries to a wide network of hospitals across the country, ensuring they receive prompt and reliable medical care wherever they are deployed.
