BADARU COMMENCES OPERATIONAL TOUR OF MILITARY INSTALLATIONS IN ENUGU AND IMO STATES

The Honourable Minister of Defence, His Excellency Mohammed Badaru Abubakar (CON, mni), has embarked on an operational tour of the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army and other military installations in Enugu and Imo States.

Upon his arrival in Enugu, the Minister was warmly received by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 82 Division and Commander of the Joint Task Force Southeast (Operation Udoka), Major-General H.T. Dada, alongside senior military officers.

The tour is expected to include engagements with key stakeholders in the South East region to discuss strategies and chart the way forward on security and defence matters.
