On the main event days, November 22nd and 23rd, volunteers will step into critical roles to manage and coordinate various aspects of the event. The registration and welcome team will set the tone by ensuring a warm and organized arrival experience for all attendees. The logistics and operations team will handle essential functions, making sure the venue is ready, materials are in place, and each session proceeds smoothly. A technical support team will be available to address any technical needs participants may encounter, while a group of mentors will provide guidance to help participants stay on track with their projects and meet their goals.
