NNPC E&P Ltd. and NOSL Celebrate First Oil in OML 13, Akwa Ibom State

NNPC Exploration and Production Limited (NNPC E&P Ltd.), a flagship subsidiary of NNPC Ltd., and Natural Oilfield Services Ltd. (NOSL), a subsidiary of Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Ltd. (SEEPCO), are thrilled to announce the successful commencement of oil production at Oil Mining Lease (OML) 13 in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

The production, which officially commenced on May 6th, 2024, with an initial output of 6,000 barrels per day, is poised for rapid escalation, with expectations set to reach 40,000 barrels per day by May 27th, 2024.

This momentous achievement underscores the unwavering commitment of NNPC E&P Ltd. and NOSL to drive growth and development within Nigeria’s critical oil and gas sector.
