This USSD service is unique as subscribers’ can access Smile’s USSD service without using any Internet connection or data. Subscribers can access the various services by simply dialing the code *4504# from their mobile phones. There is no need to call Customer Service or go online to access particular services, just dial *4504#.
With the new USSD *4505# service, Smile subscribers can Redeem Airtime/Bundles, Buy Bundles with Airtime, Check Account Balances, Update their NIN as well as Manage Auto-renewal at their convenience.
