Pantami Speaks at India Startup Week

The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami (Prof of Cybersecurity) today participated virtually in the India StartUp Week organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce.

The Minister, Prof Pantami participated from the India High Commission in Nigeria.
In his remarks, Minister Pantami informed the gathering about the promising talents that are readily available in Nigeria with a youthful population that are Digital Natives and so much inclined to digital technology.

The Minister called for enhanced collaboration between India and Nigeria with a view of having a win-win relationship between both countries.

In line with its objective of safeguarding the data privacy rights of Nigerians, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) has secured the support of the National Judicial Institute (NJI).
